This site, skinnysake.com, is informational — it describes a software product for tasting-room operators and doesn’t serve or depict alcohol consumption. It isn’t age-gated.

The in-room products it describes are different: lead.skinnysake.com and tasting.skinnysake.com are used by guests inside a physical tasting room, already served by venue staff who are responsible for checking ID under their own license. Those product forms carry their own 21+ acknowledgment where relevant, handled by that product — not by this marketing site.
