The pilot form on this site (skinnysake.com) collects the name, venue, role, email, and city you type into it. That information goes to Skinny Sake to follow up about a pilot — nowhere else, and to no ad network. If no mail backend is configured yet, the form simply opens your own email client with that information prefilled; nothing is stored on our servers in that case.

The venue products

lead.skinnysake.com and tasting.skinnysake.com are separate products, run for a specific venue’s guests. They collect what a guest enters at the table — name, email, phone, tasting notes — on behalf of that venue. Skinny Sake is the software provider, not the venue; the venue decides how it uses its own guest list, and owns that data per the pilot terms on our pilot page.

What we don’t do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share guest-level data across venues. Where we publish results from a pilot, they’re anonymized rates — capture percentage, attach lift — never names.
